É importante saber que a obrigação de armazenar inflamáveis e/ou combustíveis dentro de Armários Corta-Fogo não se restringe para à Indústrias e Empresas de grande porte, sendo que muitas as vezes esses armários são obrigatórios em estabelecimentos de menor porte, como restaurantes, escritórios e residências, como se pode verificar em nosso artigo.
Além disso, os Armários Corta-Fogo da Redentor dão aos clientes a possibilidade de até dobrar a quantidade de armazenamento de Líquidos Inflamáveis e/ou Combustíveis por área controlável de armazenamento, conforme previsão normativa, confira em nosso artigo sobre o tema.
A construção desse armário segue a referência da ABNT NBR 17505, contendo parede dupla em aço carbono SAE1010/1020 – chapa #18(mm) com espessura de 40 mm e revestimento isolante altamente resistente ao fogo; a vedação das portas é aprimorada com fechadura tipo cremona com três pontos e as dobradiças tipo piano em toda extensão da porta, que aumentam a durabilidade e ainda, obstruem a passagem do fogo. O parafuso disposto na lateral do armário para a conexão de cabo de aterramento, elimina os efeitos da eletricidade estática, evitando faíscas que possam provocar explosões. Também contém uma abertura lateral para ventilação e liberação de gases com sistema corta-chamas e anti-explosão. Toda essa construção permite o isolamento do fogo na parte externa do armário, impedindo que o fogo adentre no interior e acesse os produtos armazenados, e assim, evitando possíveis explosões.
Esse armário possui uma prateleira com contenção. A prateleira suporta uma carga concentrada de até 50 kg ou uma carga de até 90 kg se distribuídos uniformemente. Enquanto que a contenção tem capacidade de até 12 litros.
As medidas do modelo Gabinete são de 1,0 m (a) x 1,0 m (l) x 0,45 m (p) e sua capacidade de armazenamento é de até 30 galões. Em sua composição contém 3 prateleiras móveis com contenção de líquidos com capacidade de até 12 litros, evitando o derramamento de líquidos no solo/piso e ou em outros materiais.
Uma vez instalado no local de necessidade de armazenagem dos líquidos inflamáveis ou combustíveis e outros produtos sólidos, os 4 pés devem ser regulados manualmente afim de que o nivelamento seja garantido contribuindo para o perfeito funcionamento das portas.
Sempre que determinado em regulamentação ou órgão competente, a tampa rosca 2” nas laterais deve ser retirada, seguindo as exigências.
